REFUND POLICY
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Tracking Number that you received via e-mail in the carrier’s webpage, under the Track a Shipment field. You should see real-time updates on the location of your shipment.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
For your convenience, at IPNG Online Store, we accept the following payment methods:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

For items in Stock:
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 2-7 business days (FREE on orders over $100)
Priority Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days. Real-time calculated rate from USPS (starting at $10)
Express Shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days. Real-time calculated rate from USPS (starting at $25)
For backordered items:
Estimated Shipping: Delivery in 3-4 weeks.
USPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center, approx. 2-3 business days from order date. Our warehouse is closed for major public Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
